Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning and carrying out audit field work, statutory reporting and completion work for companies active in the Financial Services/Industry sector.
2. You will manage and supervise the execution of audit engagements of companies including reporting to KPMG and other group auditors.
3. You will manage client accounts including billing, fee analysis and new service development.
4. You will coach the Belgian audit teams on technical accounting, auditing and reporting inquiries.
5. You will deliver internal and external and training.

Skills & Qualifications
6. Minimum 7-8 years of audit experience either with KPMG or another Big 4 with demonstrated managerial experience;
7. The role will require to be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of wider business factors, enabling you to understand and identify key audit risks and accounting issues and develop audit strategies and procedures to tackles these issues;
8. You have excellent planning and organization skills and you work effectively in situations involving rapid change and simultaneous demands;
9. You proactively share knowledge and you effectively develop, motivate, coach, train and supervise less experienced team members;
10. You are proficient in English and French.
