We are looking for a senior IT project manager who would like to be a leader for his team.
Missions:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
Establish clear communication channels and engage key stakeholders from the outset.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Provide regular reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize features based on business needs and value.
Work closely with technical teams and Product Owners to ensure seamless product delivery.
Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in digital project management and product lifecycle management.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.) and methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong ability to understand business challenges and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and simplify technical concepts.
Capacity to adjust to market changes and evolving business needs.
