Functions and responsabilities :
Building the Business
• Increase ecommerce sales across all retailers in the Benelux, accelerate our proportion of sales via retailer.com ahead of retailer average.
• Responsible for the growth & management of the virtual pure players, managing the mix of the business in line with the overall business goals.
• Work closely with media & public relations manager to drive visits, conversion & repeat purchase.
• Fully responsible for commercial E-business analytics and reports. Prepare & present monthly Benelux E-business review (including action plan) to Benelux management team.
• Manage the monthly reports providing detailed analysis on key business drivers and sales by product.
• Tracking of competition activities and performance of key rival lines and visual merchandising exposure.
• Working with the global digital business team to share ideas and deliver on global initiatives.
Leadership & Strategic thinking
• Leading commercial acceleration and digital marketing capabilities with our retail partners.
• Leading & developing the strategy for on-line pure players and omni-channel retailers to gain market share.
• Build and achieve the ecommerce turnover, market share, profit, consolidate choices and recommend the budget choices end to end P&L management for E-commerce business.
• Support the commercial manager and the commercial team in the digital transformation and modernization of our commercial functions.
Transversal Delivering
• Build, Manage & execution of the annual Join E-business Plan across retailers.
• Works with the key account managers to define the digital COOP budget then manages this budget to drive efficiencies, helping to ensure investments are optimized (ROI).
• Operating the online trading strategy optimizing conversion, and average order value, drive execution within retailer sites, to optimize customer experience.
• Provide insights about on-line developments of key accounts to the Key Account Managers.
• Coach and develop the E-business Executive.
Requirements :
• Academic degree; Business Administration, Business and Management, Marketing Management.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in ecommerce or Digital, working with retailers, marketplaces or direct to consumer.
• Previous experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM and Google analytics is a strong plus.
• Experience in cosmetics, fast moving consumer goods or marketplace.
• Bilingual in Dutch & French and fluent in English.
• Traveling within the Benelux region for client meetings.
• Able to translate figures to action plans driving VMS.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
