Your impact
1. Advise HR teams on the remuneration strategy for their top executives, at local and international level, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
2. Assist remuneration committees with setting their Reward strategy for short- and long-term incentives. This includes benchmarking, revisiting strategies, drafting policies and reporting on reward packages for top executives.
3. Advise on compensation principles/philosophy as well as on the (income) tax aspects of remuneration.
4. Help clients decide on and innovate their reward strategy (flexible rewards, mobility packages of the future, etc.). This includes helping in cost calculations, negotiations and communications, and drafting policies, all the way up to implementation in payroll and tax returns.
5. During workshops with clients, define total reward packages aligned to the company strategy and business goals.
6. Together with the team, represent clients to the Belgian tax authorities (requests for information, tax claims, tax audits, ruling requests, etc.).
7. Be in frequent contact with people of different cultures and nationalities and build a local and international network within PwC.
About you
1. Studying for a master's in (tax) law, (applied) economics or business administration, or for a bachelor's in tax.
2. Additional degree related to tax or compensation and benefits is a plus.
3. Good knowledge of/interest in personal income tax and remuneration-related aspects.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
6. Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
7. Good communication skills including writing concisely and developing clear visuals.
