Avantor is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Execution Coordinator (f/m/d) in Leuven. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to address real-time challenges and adjust plans to meet customer expectations, while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 with 10 home office days/month
How you will thrive and create an impact
Coordination and Communication:
* Support execution of the S&OP plan on a weekly and daily basis.
* Act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
* Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders promptly.
* Facilitate daily or weekly meetings to address bottlenecks or urgent issues.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
* Track KPIs such as service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.
* Analyze variances between plans and actual performance, providing actionable insights.
* Prepare and share reports with management on operational performance.
Issue Resolution:
* Work with planning and cross-functional teams to identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints.
* Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.
* Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.
Continuous Improvement:
* Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational execution.
* Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.
* Contribute to streamlining workflows and optimizing resource utilization.
What we're looking for
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience:
* Demonstrated experience working in supply chain, operations, or production planning
* Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and the Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrated ability to analyse large data sets via Excel and ability to visualize via PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
