Our client, a Florida-based company specializing in digital imaging, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator for its Belgian branch.
Job Description:
As Customer Service Administrator, you:
1. Ensure quality customer service and contact;
2. Take charge of the various requests received by mail, phone and online chat;
3. Inform customers about the different products offered and take care of orders and up-sell received online;
4. Provide administrative support to the sales department (creation and management of customer files;
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their level of satisfaction with the products;
6. Track returns and refunds;
Candidate Profile:
As Customer Service Administrator you are/have:
7. Fluent in English and know another European language;
8. good communication skills and good understanding of the client's need;
9. Previous experience (at least 2 years) as sales administrator;
10. Computer literate;
11. Ability to work under deadlines and can prioritize your tasks;
12. Professional, efficient and solution-oriented;
13. Open-minded with your work process as well as organized;

14. An acting contract for a permanent employment contract;
15. Full-time, 38H/week;
16. From 8 to 5 PM or 9 to 6 PM (with a break hour at noon) Monday to Thursday and 8 to 15 or 9 to 16 on Friday - flexible hours;
17. 4 days of teleworking and 1 day on site (Ixelles);
18. A salary to be discussed;
