The Role
The mission of this position is to lead the SAP Customer Center operations team for the Production and Engineering stream. The position is reporting to the SAP Competence Center Operations Manager.
Job Description
* Responsible for managing the Production and engineering stream within the SAP Competence Center Operations Team, a small team of experts located in strategic locations globally.
* Follow-up the service delivery of the external partner and ensure the right level of quality and qualification
* Ensure the delivery of support in related area is in line with agreed service levels and beyond, and this over the different related SAP platforms.
* Manage support KPIs to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and strive for continuous improvement of the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
* Maintain close contact to other Operations Teams, the different team in Product Operations (Template team) and the Roll-out teams, in order to have a good contextual understanding of the related programs and evolution of the solution.
* Quality-assure the hand-over process to operations for the related stream
* Become a trusted and respected escalation point for the business, showing excellent understanding of business requirements and having a reputation of "getting things done"
* Prioritize problem management and bug fix change requests in the related area, aiming for a continuous reduction of support ticket volumes

What we expect of you?
Knowledge
* Knowledge of mainly SAP PP, PS module. Knowledge of other modules are a plus.
* Expert level knowledge of related SAP processes (Production, Projects en engineering)
* Know the Atlas Copco structure
* The Way We Do Things
* Experience with reporting environment, knowledge and skill in reporting tools (BW, GPS, BIBO),
* PC literate: Good knowledge of MS Office and hands on in Visio...
* Fluency in English is a must. Knowing additional languages is a plus point
Experience
* -5+ years of SAP PP experience
* Understanding of end-to-end processes in a production environment center of the manufacturing sector and the respective integration points with Service
* Experience from working in SAP support, ideally in an international environment and using external partners operating from off-shore
* ITIL working practice, ideally ITIL certified
* Participation in an end-to-end SAP implementation project is a plus
* Understanding of the success factors of an internal service provider and experience from collaborating with internal customers to achieve high levels of acceptance and satisfaction of the services rendered
* Leadership experience at team leader level is an advantage
