As a Business Development Manager BB, your key role will be to drive the growth of the company's BB operations, primarily within Belgium and also encompassing international flows
4. Analyze the market to find new business opportunities.
5. Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
6. Work with teams from operations, marketing, and customer service to develop BB products.
7. Create and implement effective sales strategies.
8. Negotiate contracts with customers.
9. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
10. Report progress and performance to senior management.
About the ideal candidate
11. Proven experience in BB logistics and business development with a proactive, autonomous working style.
12. Fluency in Dutch and French
13. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
14. Analytical skills to identify market trends, manage sales pipelines, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
