To support our growth and strengthen the HR team, we are looking for an HR Manager. Within this crucial role, you will carry out the values of our organization and provide broad support for the further development of the HR policy.
* You are the sounding board for the business and know how to quickly place the right person in the right chair. You actively contribute to the start-up of new employees, their onboarding and their development within our organization.
* You advise, guide and coach managers on all kinds of HR-related topics such as change processes, leadership, personal development, career discussions, etc. with the aim of getting the best out of employees.
* You detect training needs and monitor the optimal deployment of people and resources.
* You act as an internal point of contact for all employees, especially production-related employees, and ensure smooth communication and cooperation between the various departments.
* You know better than anyone what is going on on the work floor and are therefore able to analyze and optimize existing HR processes.
* You help build a corporate culture where the well-being of our employees is central.
* Together with the HR team, you will work on all kinds of HR projects.
Profile
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or are equivalent through experience.
* You have at least 5 years of experience in HR and/or a production environment.
* You are French-speaking with preferably some knowledge of Dutch.
* You would describe yourself as a team player with a passion for people.
* You have strong communication skills, know how to work accurately and have a proactive attitude.
* You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy the dynamics of a production environment.
