1. Oversee the accounting department, managing tasks and motivating the team.
2. Make personnel management decisions in consultation with senior staff.
3. Handle complex accounting tasks, such as year-end operations and monthly forecasts.
4. Prepare audit files, annual accounts, and reports for various governing bodies.
5. Contribute to budget planning and monitoring.
6. Manage liquidity and prepare detailed financial reports for the management team.
7. Languages: Proficient in Dutch or English.
8. Experience: Minimum 3 years in healthcare accounting.
9. Education: Relevant degree in accounting or finance.
