Growth engine in Triferto’s export business
* You acquire new customers, driving the expansion of the export business, with a focus on Africa, Middle Americas and Asia.
* You determine the best business approach (direct or distribution channel) based on region and crop.
* You develop sales plans and concepts based on customer needs while analyzing international fertilizer and sales markets.
* You oversee product availability, optimizing sales and supply chain efficiency based on market conditions.
* You monitor and coach the Export team (technical & sales) based in Ghent, strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and agronomists.
* You report to the CCO of Triferto.
