Description
For our client, a biotech company that is a fast-growing & innovative organization, we are looking for a warehouse associate. As a warehouse associate your responsibilities are;
* Receiving biohazard products (blood bags, viral vectors, …) in a controlled temperature environment.
* Accurately process inventory receipts ensuring correct matching to purchase orders, documentation of approvals, quality checks and adherence to policies.
* Working with equipment and material stored at cryogenic
* Fill out the Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for incoming materials including: transport unloading, temperature control, integrity control, administrative paperwork related to following correct procedures.
* Fill in forms & logbooks related to receiving, picking and outbound activities to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) policies in the pharmaceutical environment.
* Work closely together with the Operations and Quality department to support the Production and Lab activities for our start-up site.
* Work in a clean environment where you will wear dedicated gowning clothes.
* Working in two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to process inbound, picking and outbound activities.
* Collaborate with accounting, suppliers and business stakeholders in support of on-going operational efficiency efforts.

Profile
* Associate’s degree or High-School Diploma.
* You have relevant warehouse experience with a strong affinity to the pharmaceutical environment.
* Detail oriented character with a strong affinity to perform administrative work, fill out forms, logbooks, follow regular trainings.
* You have an ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across different functions.
* You are a problem solver and have strong analytical and data skills.
* You follow the procedures strictly to ensure both product quality and personal health & safety are followed at all times.
* Ability to work independently and successfully.
* You speak very good English or Dutch.
