Administrative Role as a QA Release Specialist
We are seeking a strong administrative profile to work in our client's Quality Assurance team.
You will be responsible for:
* Document Management: Managing batch-related documents, issuance, review, approval, and alignment.
* Procedure Review: Issuance and periodic review of existing procedures.
* Production Planning: Ensuring the flow of documents related to the production plan.
* GMP Document Storage: Storage and archiving of GMP documents and batch-related records.
* SOP Review: Reviewing GMP logbooks and checking and approving SOPs.
* Quality and Safety: Performing all tasks consistently with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.

About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
* Strong Education: A Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking. Experience with foreign diplomas is welcome.
* Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
* Technical Skills: Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
* Prioritization: Ability to handle changing priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Interpersonal Skills: Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
* Shift Work: Willingness to work in a rotating shift system; you work 4 days and then have 4 days off. Shifts include (6 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–8 PM, 12 PM–10 PM, and 2 PM–12 AM), averaging 50% weekend work due to the rotation.
