In your role, you will build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients, working on a variety of client projects including:
* Cultural integration and transformation
* HR strategy and transformation
* Talent strategy and strategic workforce management
* People in the context of M&A or reorganization
* Learning strategies
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop an all-in change management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
* Execute and lead change management projects from concept through completion.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and create a communication plan.
* Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with change.
* Design and deliver training programs.
* Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Identify potential business opportunities for EY and assist in closing deals.
* Help create a positive learning culture by coaching junior team members.
Your Profile
* You have an agile and growth-oriented mindset.
* You are curious, purpose-driven, and inclusive.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in economics or a people-related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in change management.
* Experience in practical project management.
* Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
