As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while supporting business leaders in their recruitment needs.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute to employer branding and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Own the recruitment process within your scope, from job posting to hiring, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including direct search, LinkedIn, job platforms, and partnerships with agencies or consulting firms as needed.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise and support business leaders in defining and executing the best recruitment strategies for each position.
* Market & Talent Insights: Provide expert knowledge on sourcing strategies, talent market trends, and candidate profiles to ensure effective hiring decisions.
* Employer Branding & Partnerships: Drive employer branding initiatives in Belgium and foster relationships with relevant partners to attract talent.
* ATS & Process Optimization: Manage the full recruitment process using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and promote its use among hiring managers for efficiency.
* HR Initiatives & Best Practices: Beyond talent acquisition, contribute to corporate HR initiatives and champion best HR practices within your scope.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience.
* You have more than 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally gained within the ICT industry.
* Strong ability to partner with business leaders and advise on hiring strategies.
* Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
* Passion for employer branding and talent market insights.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French and English both written and orally.
* You possess very good presentation and communication skills.
* You are proactive and have a can-do attitude.
