The O pportunity
As regional Business Developer Large Accounts, you are in charge of developing new business opportunities with new clients with a main focus on medium & large businesses.
You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in the French speaking part of the country
You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in your region but will also support on accounts located in the rest of the country if needed
2. You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.
3. You visit on a regular basis medium and large sized prospects to develop new business opportunities.
4. You reach out actively to potential prospects via cold calling, based on data base research.
5. You also follow-up on leads received via other channels.
6. You negotiate, and close deals in in a slightly longer sales cycle (1-3 months)
7. You participate in networking events

8. You have preferably a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or equivalent by experience
9. Fluent in French with knowledge of English & Dutch

12. You have a nose for commercial opportunities
13. You gain quickly organizational and market insight
14. Result driven team player, selling gives you the “yessss-feeling”
15. You experience targets as a challenge, rather than a stress
16. Ability to work on own initiative and stick to tight deadlines
17. You have a strong interest in technical products
18. Strong communication skills
19. Administration preciseness & follow-up of your sales activities is a key ability
