* Maintain, refine and implement Sales Strategy
* Coach and manage the sales team
* Manage and install strong relations with your own Key Accounts
* Prepare and follow-up on Sales forecast and actuals
* Investigate for new markets and research into new application
* Decide upon new market opportunities, conduct and apply the appropriate tactics to achieve the targets.
* Align marketing and sales to have a consistent approach and communication in the market.
* Full ownership of the global sales P&L, ensuring profitable growth
* You will report directly to the CEO.
Profiel
* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar function and knowledge of the Animal health & Nutrition Industry
* Proven track record in managing a sales team, preferably in the Animal health & Nutrition Industry
* Thanks to your experience and logic you can develop and deploy sales strategies to new and existing markets
* The people manager that brings people to a higher level in helping them achieve their targets
* You are a driven, high-performing, self-starting professional who enjoys talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting.
* You are a self-starter and an overachiever, looking to make a long-term career move where you can be highly rewarded based on performance.
* You enjoy taking ownership and contributing to building a world-class operation in Europe, Asia and the Americas
* You communicate fluently in English, while proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
