Job Description
As a trusted business partner to the senior leadership team, you:
* Act as a sparring partner, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
* Maintain a high service level for internal customers regarding all HR-related matters and fostering a positive employee experience, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
* Coach leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including employee experience and engagement.
* Collaborate with the business and the Tessenderlo Group HR team to strengthen the leadership pipeline and future-proof talent needs through proactive talent management and succession planning.
* Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth.
* Coordinate the evaluation cycle, salary reviews, and career discussions to drive performance and career development within the organization. You oversee the compensation review for all employees, ensuring fairness, market alignment, and internal consistency.
* Coordinate recruitment, building and enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent, manage external recruitments, and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
* Contribute to the design of corporate HR programs, and implement the programs at headquarters, TIC and T-Power
* Lead the Works Council and Safety Committee, fostering constructive relations with social partners and ensuring a harmonious working environment.
* Supervise facility and safety matters, overseeing a team of 2 (Prevention Advisor and Administrative Assistant).
* Together with the HR Leadership Team, you drive strategic HR projects with a group-wide impact
Qualifications
Must have:
* You hold a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent through experience.
* You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role at a headquarter level.
* You have hands-on approach and you have prior experience or are willing to work in a lean team
* C level stakeholders management experience
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and verbally + intermediate command of French.
