What you’ll be doing:
* Design and lead the global marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
* Define, coordinate, and oversee marketing plans tailored to specific products, markets, and events.
* Drive multi-channel campaigns with a strong digital focus (social media, paid media, PR, etc.) ensuring successful execution and performance tracking.
* Analyze trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand positioning and market share growth.
* Supervise content strategy and media relations, including editorial calendars across digital channels.
* Manage marketing budgets and collaborate cross-functionally with key departments.
* Prepare reports and dashboards tracking KPIs, campaign ROI, web traffic, and other key metrics.
* Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results orientation.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within digital companies or fast-paced environments (startups/scaleups).
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on, creative approach.
* Proficient in marketing tools (SEO/SEM, analytics, automation platforms, social media).
* Strong writing and content supervision skills with commercial focus.
* Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
* Proven track record in team leadership.
