Description
* Preparing new claims files and managing them in all aspects;
* Settling disputes in consultation with all parties involved and negotiating with counterparties;
* Providing proactive telephone and written communication with all parties involved (insureds, broker, agents, insurers, etc.);
* Recovering damages from our insured and appointing an attorney if required;
* Analyzing the coverage of the policy and correctly applying the policy conditions.
Profile
* You have at least a bachelor's degree (preferably Law/Legal Practice) or equivalent experience in claims management;
* Experience within legal aid and/or claims management;
* Knowledge of Guidewire software is a plus;
* You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French;
* You are dynamic, customer-oriented and eager to learn;
* You can set priorities well;
* You are stress resistant, communicatively strong and a team player;
* You are willing to develop yourself further.
