Job Purpose:
The HCP Engagement Manager maximizes the HCP Engagement opportunities of our priority brands. This role works closely together with Sales, Marketing and Medical strengthening the qualitative and quantitative output of our HCP Engagement activities.
The HCP Engagement Manager is the process owner for HCP Engagement processes and procedures and will support related activities and operations while continuously seeking for improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Ownership:
1. Owns the HCP Engagement procedures including Indirect Sponsoring.
2. Own the HCP Engagement Roadbooks, quick guides and other guidance and ensure the organization is trained on the HCP procedures and oversee the correct implementation and application of these procedures.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:
1. Coordinate and monitor HCP Engagement activities with Sales, Marketing and Medical, share best practices and decrease administrative burden & complexity, with the objective of measuring and improving the efficiency of our processes and competitiveness of our meeting program.
2. Ensure alignment of HCP Engagement activities with Legal, Compliance and Pharmaceutical Governance, and work closely with local and regional CRM, Tech, Hub and (Digital) Marketing functions to support HCP Engagement enhancements.
3. Lead the implementation of innovative HCP Engagement related projects including VEM related projects, Indirect Sponsoring, E-Vouchers, etc.
Projects:
1. Act as project manager to support the commercial and medical teams in their HCP engagement activities/projects to maximize the qualitative and quantitative output (e.g. preparation of international congresses to maximize HCP interactions, support for key launch meetings,…)

1. Bachelor or University degree or equivalent experience in Science or Economics or other specialty relevant to the job.
2. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience can be an added value.
3. Proficiency in process ownership and process improvement.
4. Project Management skills.
5. Team player with effective networking, collaboration, and engagement skills.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Strong organizational skills and able to multitask.
8. Spoken and written fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
9. Excellent presentation and teaching skills.
10. Flexible thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
