Our Customer Service department is the go-to point for all customer inquiries, from order management and delivery options to returns and potential concerns. We act as a bridge between customers and Scania, ensuring seamless communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement. By combining customer insights with logistical expertise, we drive service excellence and contribute to Scania’s premium experience.
As Group Manager, you are the driving force behind this team. You organize, inspire, and coach your team members, enabling them to maximize their potential and continue growing. A strong customer focus drives you and your team toward continuous improvements and proactive problem-solving for any deviations.
Your focus will be on these key areas:
* Motivate, coach and guide your team to grow both individually and collectively. You create an atmosphere where every individual can reach their full potential.
* With a strong customer focus you lead the team with a focus on optimizing processes and continuous improvement
* Challenge markets on order behavior to drive greater operational efficiency and performance.
* Manage escalations with a solution-oriented mindset by collaborating with your team to develop and implement effective actions to resolve issues effectively.
* Lead and steer various workgroups to ensure cohesive and efficient operations across departments.
* Develop and execute long-term strategies for the department, translating them into clear, actionable goals for your team
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve demand chain challenges.
Your Talent
* You hold a master’s degree and have a strong focus on demand chain management and customer relations, coupled with excellent coaching and motivational skills.
* You are an assertive team player with strong analytical capacities and a proactive approach to challenges.
* You are a natural team leader with a passion for coaching and inspiring others. Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.
* Knowledge of SAP and customs regulations is a bonus, and you have a solid understanding of different transport modes.
* Strong MS Office skills and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.
