AV/ICT Support Engineer
Role Overview:
As an AV/ICT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers with Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will test, configure, and deploy audiovisual and IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration within customer environments. Your role will also involve collaborating on new AV/IT solutions and working closely with partners to deliver high-quality installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers with active SLAs.
* Test and compare new technologies to determine the best solutions.
* Configure and prepare devices for shipping and deployment to customers.
* Conduct hardware testing on customer networks to ensure functionality.
* Assist customers in setting up their infrastructure before installations begin.
* Work closely with partners to explore and implement new AV/ICT solutions.
* Provide support and troubleshooting for customers' AV installations.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of AV and IT infrastructure.
* Experience with hardware configuration and network testing.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a customer-facing role.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
