Le centre de conférencede 4500 m² est réparti en 40 salles de séminaire de 40 à750m² dont 2 auditoriums (150 et 500 sièges). PositionOverview
We are looking for a MICESales Manager who is a true hunter, focused on:
✅ Acquiring new clients in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences,and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, with a strong focus on associationbusiness.
✅ Developing and managing keyaccounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
✅ Filling low season periods by strategicallytargeting associations and corporate clients with flexible eventneeds.
✅ Expanding our hotel’s presence in theassociation and corporate event market through strategic salesinitiatives.
✅ Travelling nationally andinternationally to meet potential clients, attend industry events,and represent Dolce La Hulpe Brussels. The ideal candidate is aproactive sales professional with a strong industry network,skilled in both hunting for new business and nurturing existingclient relationships.
KeyResponsibilities
NewBusiness Development & Lead Generation
• Identify, research, and target new potentialclients in the association and corporate markets.
• Build and maintain a structured database ofprospects, actively reaching out through networking, industryevents, and direct sales efforts.
• Developtailored sales strategies to attract new business and convert leadsinto long-term clients.
KeyAccount Management & Client Retention
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuringexceptional service and repeat business.
•Strengthen relationships with existing associations, corporateclients, and event agencies to maximize revenue potential.
• Develop account-specific growth strategies andidentify upselling opportunities.
Proactive Sales, Networking &Travel
• Represent Dolce La HulpeBrussels at MICE trade fairs, networking events, and industryconferences, both nationally and internationally, to generate newleads.
• Conduct client visits and salesmissions to build strong personal relationships with keydecision-makers.
• Build strategic partnershipswith associations and corporate event planners to secure high-valuebookings.
Filling Low SeasonPeriods
• Develop targeted salesstrategies to increase occupancy and event bookings duringtraditionally slower months.
• Work closely withassociations and organizations that have flexible event dates todrive business during off-peak periods.
•Promote special offers, incentives, and packages tailored to lowseason demand.
Sales Targets &Revenue Growth
• Workindependently to achieve sales targets, focusing on both new clientacquisition and key account expansion.
•Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenuegrowth.
• Report directly to the Director ofSales, providing insights on market trends and businessopportunities.
Your Profile
✔ Proven experience in MICE sales, hotel sales,or business development, with a strong track record in both newbusiness acquisition and key account management. ✔ A natural hunterwith excellent prospecting and deal-closing skills. ✔ Strongnetwork within the association and corporate event industry, withan understanding of their event needs. ✔ Proven ability to developcreative sales strategies to maximize revenue, especially duringlow season periods. ✔ Willingness and flexibility to travel bothnationally and internationally for client meetings, trade fairs,and sales missions. ✔ Highly self-motivated, results-driven, andable to work independently. ✔ Fluent in English and French; Dutchis a plus.
