About the Role: Are you an analytical, strategic thinker with a passion for forging partnerships and creating exceptional online shopping experiences? We are looking for an E-commerce Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, working closely with key partners such as e-tailers and para pharmacies, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and strengthening Metagenics' online presence.
What You’ll Do: As the E-commerce Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for e-tailers and para-pharmacies. You will enhance the end-to-end online shopping experience, ensure brand consistency, and maximize customer acquisition and retention by optimizing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
E-tailer & Para Pharmacy Management
* Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer & para-pharmacy marketing account partners, such as Farmaline or Redpharma.
* Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
* Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, visual assets (ACES), and other relevant content to drive conversions while adhering to platform-specific requirements.
* Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and address any issues promptly.
E-commerce Strategy and Planning
* Develop and implement a comprehensive online e-tailer strategy.
* Build strong relationships with key e-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance and ensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements.
* Identify new online opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space.
Customer Experience Optimization
* Enhance the end-to-end customer journey across multiple (sales) channels, ensuring seamless navigation and shopping experiences.
* Collect and address customer feedback, ensuring excellent service on both the company website and third-party platforms.
Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis & Promotional Campaigns
* Continuously monitor pricing from both e-tailers and competitors to ensure the Metagenics pricing strategy remains competitive.
* Provide regular reports on price comparisons and propose adjustments as needed.
* Develop and implement tailored brand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, and revenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies, including pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and product placement strategies.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
* Track and analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce and para-pharmacy players, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to drive continuous growth.
What You’ll Need:
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze e-commerce and e-tailer performance metrics to drive sales and optimize campaigns.
* Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
* Relationship Management: Strong skills in managing e-tailer relationships, KAM exposure with e-tailers like Farmaline or Redpharma is a huge plus
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute multichannel strategies that align with business goals.
* Adaptability: Agile in adapting to rapid changes and a competitive landscape.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
