Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program. Effective coordination of the overall program management, inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. Experience managing large scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state-of-the-art infrastructure and "4 9s" (99.99%) or above SLA, that includes responsibilities of 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & rest of ITIL Processes. Performance management (setting up indicators, financial follow-up: revenue / costs / invoicing, identification of deviations and setting up corrective plans, etc.). Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with technical and specialist standards. Coordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits. Works full-time on the program for creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm, and momentum. Build and manage senior client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation, etc.). Ensuring an appropriate program or project management framework is in place, incorporating the Review Process if required. Securing resources and expertise internally as required, for example, appointing professional advisers to support the project role. Implementation of a communication plan with all the actors concerned (Customer, sales teams, project team, TCS management). Your Profile:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT and have been involved in the different phases of complex technical projects from design, sales to implementation. Master the AGILE method and have implemented it in projects. Master the concepts of the Public, Private, Hybrid cloud. Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, including conflict resolution, management of a contractual perimeter, mission management. Ability to work in a team, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, and communication as a strong point. We are looking forward to meeting you! Working at TCS:
