* Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained and updated on a timely basis in the relevant systems with the necessary support of other members of your team
* Manage the company files daily to ensure that all relevant documents are correctly filed on a timely basis
* You will prepare the relevant corporate documentation : KYC documents/Bank account opening
* Drafting agreements and contracts using approved company templates
* Be the point of contact for external partners : banks, notaries, various administration and ensure the optimum continuity of working relationships for all corporate topics
* You will prepare the clients board meetings and draft the minutes
Senior Corporate Officer : Your Profile
* You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of Italian will be a plus)
* You hold a Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economy or any other relevant field
* The tasks of a Senior Corporate Officer in Luxembourg no longer hold any secrets for you and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Customer-service oriented, extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
* You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
