Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop programs for partners, manage relationships together with sales & local marketing teams and grow their potential to scale the business.
2. Research new potential partners, sign agreements and drive compelling sales stories.
3. Training of the sales force on competitive intelligence, value proposition, sales pitches etc.
4. Drive sales enablement tools like competitor toolkits, ROI calculators, VR, studies on value proposition for our key markets etc.
5. Enable KOL in peer-to-peer selling and communication.
6. Setup of customer engagement and ambassador program to leverage our 14,000 customers in a successful and streamlined way.
7. EMEA wide reference customer program.
8. Contract management of KOL and partners.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor and/or Master’s degree level qualification in business administration, marketing, economics or equivalent.
2. >5 years’ Marketing experience in tech industry, MedTech or any other B2B segment.
3. Experience working closely with sales teams and familiar with setting up marketing programmes.
4. Experience on EMEA or global level in coordinating partnership and/or customer loyalty programs.
5. Strong knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
6. Analytical personality with strong communication skills.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Successful candidate must be willing to travel for trainings, customer & partner facing meetings (<30%).
Skills and Certifications:
1. Collaboration with the sales team.
2. 5 years’ Sales & Marketing experience in tech industry, MedTech or any other B2B segment.
3. Strong knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
