System Administrator & IT Support
We are looking for a skilled professional to maintain and upgrade our software, hardware and networks.
Your goal is to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently:
* Install and configure software and hardware
* Manage network and technology tools
* Set up accounts and workstations
* Maintain systems according to requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and outages
* Install and upgrade computer components and software
* Integrate automation processes
You will be the key contact for employees on a daily basis, troubleshooting all hardware and software issues and communicating with them patiently.
You will also manage the budget and material orders yourself, prioritizing and rationalizing employee requests.
Your tasks go beyond maintenance and repair, including any IT request that helps employees work in an optimal environment.
You will work independently and autonomously, requiring resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate has experience with GNU/Linux, scripting languages (Bash, Python), developer experience, problem-solving orientation, system security, fluency in English, a work permit for Belgium, and a driving license.
