Job Description
•You process incoming and outgoing invoices
•You participate in the preparations for our bookkeeping and accountants
•Together with your office colleagues, you manage the stock system and ensure efficient stock levels, working proactively and anticipating busy periods
•You are closely involved with the product and think about possible improvements (adjustments in the range, expansion or reduction of the stock) in collaboration with the Product Manager
•You advise customers by phone, e-mail or chat about their purchase •You follow up on the administrative and logistic process of running orders down to the smallest detail and are in contact with the various parties involved such as goldsmiths, setters and logistical partners
•You work together with both the internal departments and the international offices, ensuring both an efficient order administration and a pleasant customer experience
•You also support other departments and colleagues by updating the websites, translating blog texts and templates, etc., giving you a varied range of tasks, building up a positive relationship with your colleagues and expanding your knowledge of the product
