Headit is looking for a Technical Customer Support officer for an international company in Medical Devices. You will support the Dutch and French speaking market (or Dutch and Scandinavian market, depending on language knowledge)

What are your responsibilities as a Technical Customer Support officer?
As Technical Customer Support officer, you are the trusted partner for customers (hospitals, labs, etc.).
Your key responsibilities include:
* Delivering outstanding first line support to end-users and guaranteeing a strong customer experience for technical and application issues.
* Discovering the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions and gathering all information required to do so.
* Taking part in improvement initiatives to optimize processes and service delivery.
* Performing troubleshooting, analysis of problems and timely proposition of solutions as well as next actions to be taken (such as intervention planning by engineers on site), while remaining compliant.
* Ensuring a smooth customer experience by investing in clear, timely and constructive customer contact.
What do we expect from you as a Technical Customer Support officer?
* Very fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, with a third fluent language: French, Swedish or Danish.
* Experienced in customer service (customer support).
* A study background and/or experience in (molecular) biology or in a Lab environment is a big plus!
* Strong sense of adaptability in a fast paced, growing and changing environment.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Able to work autonomously, having a sense of initiative and a hands-on approach.
