The role
1. You daily execute well described support procedures in SAP with the highest degree of accuracy.
2. In case of operational issues, you escalate the matter internally to the support consultants or to the service desk coordinator.
3. Although you execute procedures as described, you are looking for possible improvements or new candidate procedures that you notify to the service manager and the service desk coordinator. You assist in creating an updated or new procedure description that can be executed by you or your colleagues.
4. You assist the service desk coordinator in administrative tasks of internal and customer reporting on status of support operations.
5. You mainly work in Waver.

12. Familiarity with the SAP user interface and SAP administration is a strong asset.
