Responsibilities:
1. Install new production lines, assembly processes, manipulators, charging machines, pressure equipment, utilities, etc.
2. Adapt the production processes to introduce new technologies, launch new products, increase capacity, and increase efficiency.
3. Search for opportunities to improve the manufacturing of our products and our production lines, by continuously streamlining all processes along the total value chain. These improvements can be safety, quality, cost, delivery, or environment related.
4. Take care of the total project management of the assigned projects from A to Z: Discuss with suppliers, evaluate quotations, make a selection, order and commission installation, testing, and guiding start-up of production.
5. Safeguard the SQCDE aspects along the whole project.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master university degree – Technical field (Automation and Robotics preferred).
2. Interested in working in a factory environment.
3. Interested in manufacturing processes and technology.
4. Ability to work with 2D & 3D CAD.
5. Lean knowledge/experience is a plus.
6. Knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage.
7. Knowledge of industrial robots is an advantage.
8. Language: Native Polish, Advanced English.
Production Engineering has the mission to organize our manufacturing processes and facilities as lean as possible. We achieve this by innovating, setting up new processes and systems, and continuously improving our existing production processes and optimizing our logistic chain.
To strengthen this team, we are looking for several process engineers to support our manufacturing processes (assembly lines, automatic processes, brazing, pressure equipment, utilities, etc.).
