Your Role: Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Executive Director's Agenda and schedule meetings, workshops, and events
* Organize and coordinate Association activities, including preparation of letters, layouts, presentations, and emails
* Operate internal tools and manage membership database
* Handle membership invoicing and communication with members
* Elaborate statistics and reports on membership
* Provide general secretarial tasks, office administration, and relation management with providers
* Coordinate with accounting and HR service providers
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to retroplan
* Excellent spoken and written English; French is also required. Other languages are an asset
* Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and MS Office
Offer:
* Gross salary: €3000-€3500 per year
* Permanent contract
