As Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for the administrative handling and monitoring of the flow of goods within our warehouses.
Your role & responsibilities
1. You are the point of contact for our unloadings (both compliant and non-compliant)
2. You communicate any anomalies to the supplier and charge the resulting costs
3. You do the administrative processing of the orders and examine the open arrivals
4. You ensure correct and timely processing of unloading and loading data to ensure smooth and efficient operational processing
5. You are responsible for monitoring stock records and EADs
6. You analyze needs, tackle ad hoc problems and strive for continuous improvement and optimization of stock levels
7. You prepare and compile customer orders and take the necessary actions in case of problems
8. You monitor and support the KPIs, safety and represent both internally and externally the sustainable character of the company
9. You handle any quality incidents according to the predefined procedures and report this to the managers and the customer
10. 8 Weeks: early shift: Mon to Fri 6am to 2pm (on Thursday until 2.30pm)
11. 1 Week: late shift: Mon to Fri 12.00-20.00 (on Thursday from 11.30); on Friday from 9am-17pm
Your profile
12. You enjoyed a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience
13. You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
14. You have a solid knowledge of the Office package (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
15. You are communicatively and administratively strong
16. You have a proactive attitude and know how to get things done
17. You are entrepreneurial and solution-oriented
18. You are a driven team player, value service and are stress resistant.
19. You are fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French and/or German is a plus)
20. Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics sector is an asset
