Our Partner is an emerging Belgian company active in Cloud, Security & Managed Services solutions addressed to the Corporate market.
On the back of a strong national growth we are currently recruiting an extra Service Manager.
The position
* Operations Point of contact for Corporate Partners
* Management of team mixing support and system engineers
* Advisory role to partners for any change or improvement in their Infrastructure of offered services
* Regular presentation and reporting of negotiated KPIs and quality of services
* Create added value through customer intimacy and strong relationships building
* Proactive input on processes and services optimalisation
The profile
* At least 10 years experience in ICT in support/System engineering role
* Good technical knowledge in system engineering around MS Stack (MS365, Azure, Scripting,etc)
* Awareness of services processes/methodologies (ITIL, etc)
* Excellent communications skills
* Customer minded and facing experience
* Fluent in Dutch, French & English
