Our People Advisory Services department in Antwerp is looking for a Senior Consultant to reinforce their National and International Employment law and Social Security team. Employment Consulting is helping clients nationally and internationally with all staff related consulting and compliance matters in the field of labor and social security law, social inspections, and due diligence in the framework of mergers and acquisitions, international assignment planning in close collaboration with the tax and immigration teams. Your Key Responsibilities Provide services in the area of national and international employment law, national and international social security, and business immigration. Work both on advisory projects and on compliance matters. Work closely with our tax, talent, and HR advisory colleagues. Assist the engagement manager in the organization of the client work and in keeping oversight on the volume and quality of the work of our junior consultants. Handle engagements involving: Domestic and international employment law: all staff related consulting, such as hiring of staff, individual and collective dismissals, employment agreements, company policies, and international assignments. Domestic and international social security such as providing advice on social security treatment or international secondment. Compensation and benefits: HR policy matters development and review, legal aspects of reward projects such as flexible reward schemes, IP compensation, design and implementation of bonus schedules. Social inspections and performing due diligence in the framework of mergers and acquisitions. Contribute to a positive team environment. Your Profile You have: A masters degree in law & preferably an additional degree in Social Law. At least 2 years of experience in Social Law, preferably in a similar function. Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch. Next to that, you are fluent in English.
