In this role you will be part of the Merchant Service and Diplomat Service Team. You work closely with your direct colleagues, and you are an important point of contact for our customers and the sales team at the office.
As a team member, the Customer Service Representative has the responsibility to contribute to the objective of Global Blue from his/her core task and to make proposals that lead to optimization of processes within the department. The focus is on administrative actions for the Global Blue services.

1. High school graduate
2. You are fluent in Dutch, French and English language (speaking and writing)
3. You are independent, stress resistant and you have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
4. You have good numerical skills and a high attention to detail
5. You have communication skills and a pleasant telephone voice
6. You are flexible and a team player in a cross-cultural environment
7. You have a commercial flair and you are proactive, decisive and have a real approach mentality
8. You are customer oriented
9. You have a good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
10. You are good organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Main duties and responsibilities
11. Administrative tasks, handling customer’s requests by telephone, support, handling mail and invoicing and coordination towards customers
12. First-line point of contact and support for and to customers and coordination to partners in respect to operational tasks and follow-up of after-sales and complaint handling and assist with settings in our office system
13. Contact retailers about outstanding invoices (bad debts)
14. Contract drafting, archive and management, maintenance of the administration system
15. Invoice validation - completions as required based on volume and other MS team workload
16. Preparing and sending orders to clients
17. Involved in project to improve the Global Blue services
