We are looking for a Digital Product Owner hey!
Orange Belgium is looking for an experienced & motivated collaborator to contribute to the definition and implementation of b-brands digital touch-points (web or app) that will delight our prospects & customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Set the digital product vision & roadmap, in adequation with company business strategy & objectives.
2. Collect digital needs amongst the stakeholders of the organization (marketing, sales, Customer services….).
3. Launch initiatives to gather qualitative and quantitative insights around performance of those touchpoints.
4. Manage product backlog and prioritize the needs aiming to elaborate most valuable product features.
5. Be an active member of the squad, next to Scrum Master, Tech Lead & the whole development team, in all defined Agile ceremonies & events.
6. Produce and/or validate the business requirements (Epics & User stories) related to the digital evolution of your product. Ensure the maturity & readiness of the requirements with respective digital experts (UX, designer, tester, Tech lead, analyst…). Business accountable for quality of deliverable in FUT & launch phase.
7. Monitor KPIs (incl. analytics, satisfaction, availability…) in collaboration with the Digital performance team.
8. Ensure regular communication of product roadmap, performance & achievements towards key stakeholders (incl. top management).
9. Benchmark competition, Group & best in class actors on digital solutions. Follow up digital trends.
10. Ambassador of digital adoption & digitalization targets inside the company.
Your profile:
11. Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or other role but in an Agile organizational team.
12. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Digital related team/department.
13. Customer and result oriented.
14. Strong analytical skills.
15. Ability to deal with technical concepts shared by IT and development squad.
16. Ability to thrive and adapt in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
17. Open and team player with excellent communication and listening skills
18. Flexible and stress-resistant (with respect for deadlines and priorities).
19. Eager to learn (interest in new trends around digital systems & products).
20. Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and good knowledge of English (written & spoken). Able to interact in multilingual meetings.
