About the role
As a Business Developer you will manage and strengthen existing commercial relationships and further expand your client portfolio. You are a key player in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Your role will involve the following responsibilities:
* Actively manage and further expand your client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
* Active prospection of potential new clients
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and translate them into appropriate, creative Real Estate Solutions.
* Serve as communication link between internal teams and the client in order to drive the sales process and develop tailor-made quotes for the client.
* Closely follow-up on market trends and develop your own network by participating in seminars and various events
Qualifications

* You have a successful track record in a Business Developer role, in a B2B environment providing services in the tertiary or services sector.
* You describe yourself as an innovative, results-oriented, customer-focused sales expert with strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* You excel at building long-term network relationships through formal and informal contacts
* Stakeholder management: internal /external coordination is in your DNA
* You are a natural networker, show high understanding of the clients needs
* You have an innovative approach to customer experience
* Trilingual: French + English + Dutch
* Good communicating and coordination skills
