Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a passionate Technical Service Manager - IT Security, to join our IT Department.
Your challenges:
1. You are accountable for the quality & performance management of IT Security components at all levels of their lifecycle in order to achieve key business objectives
2. You drive operational activities (adaptive, preventive and corrective maintenance), in order to reduce the quantity of Incidents and the time to restore the services
3. You are responsible for the proposal and achievement of Continuous Service Improvement, Problem Management Capacity Management and Configuration Management of the IT Security domain
4. You lead task forces in the objectives of improving performance of your services, being the single point of contact of Run activities and escalations
5. You contribute to Change Management in your domain and to diagnose of customer impacts by bringing ad hoc knowledge and expertise
6. You lead a small team of technical services experts
Your profile
7. You have University degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT
8. You have experience in performance management in IT Security and IT Infrastructure domains
9. Experience in the Telecommunication sector is a major asset
10. You have an excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset
11. You have strong project management and organizational skills
12. You have an analytical mindset and are solutions and client-minded
13. You have excellent communication skills and are capable to built professional relationships quickly
