In a context of the development of our marketing department in Europe for our ECHO & Shindaiwa brands, we are looking for a Brand Content Manager – OPE (M/F) to join our team, based in Wavre, Belgium.
Under the supervision of the Head of Sales & Marketing, you create and manage multi-channel and multi-support content in order to optimise our brand awareness across Europe.
Let’s talk about your role
Communication Strategy for Customer Engagement and Brand Consistency
* Develop an editorial strategy based on the needs and expectations of the marketing department in order to optimize customer relations (acquire and retain customers);
* Suggest media choices according to the target audience (web, email, social networks, print, contests, etc.);
* Ensure consistent communication across online and offline channels;
* Align content with the company’s brand strategy;
* Develop e-influence and e-reputation strategies;
* Design the social media communication strategy and implement it with the marketing manager.
Implementation of Content Marketing Actions
* Produce or oversee the creation of marketing content (emailings, brochures, catalogues, blogs, e-magazines, documentation, social networks, user stories, videos, etc….);
* Ensure content updates and alignment with SEO strategies;
* Design call-to-action content for acquisition and/or visibility campaigns;
* Manage the implementation of localization (translation and adaptation of content to the culture and habits of internet users based on their geographic origins);
* Write reports and press releases.
Budget Management, Indicator Tracking, and Evaluation
* Monitor editorial planning;
* Define resources, means, schedules, and performance indicators;
* Manage budgets, especially those for outsourcing and visuals;
* Track traffic acquisition and customer retention using web analytics tools;
* Measure and monitor content quality and ROI (return on investment).
Your Profile
* Higher education degree in Communication or Marketing;
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience;
* You are autonomous and multitask. You are rigorous, well organized and you are at ease with financial matters;
* You have strong analytical and communication skills. You have strong interpersonal, facilitating and federating skills.
* You are a team player and can work in a multi-cultural environment;
* You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French. You can write copy for websites, compose social media posts or newsletters, animate social medias and events;
* You feel comfortable in a mechanical and technical environment;
* You have a very strong feeling of the customer’s needs and behaviors. You are customer oriented and keen to serve and satisfy;
* You’re familiar with IT and seasoned in the use of Microsoft 365;
* You are creative and agile in your approach.
Technical expectations
* Skills in producing visual content such as videos, photos, infographics, and 2D and 3D motion graphics;
* Good knowledge of various marketing research techniques, SEO tools and web traffic analysis;
* Excellent writing and communication skills;
* Good knowledge of social media, monitoring tools, and e-reputation management techniques;
* Familiarity with web creation tools and content management platforms;
* Proficiency in English;
* Proficiency in Adobe tools is a plus.
Geographical scope
