Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving organizational excellence? We're seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner Associate Director to join our Legal & Regulatory Business Unit for the BeNeLux region. You will provide expert leadership for a broad range of human resources programs, serve as a transformational leader by leading change, and shape our organization’s culture as a trusted HR partner.
About the role
As our HR Business Partner Associate Director, you will work closely with the Divisional VP of HR, leading the development and execution of the BU’s human capital strategy in partnership with the BU General Manager and executive leadership team. You will translate business needs into human capital strategy to support business direction and execute it operationally. You will collaborate with HR functional experts in Centers of Excellence (CoE’s) and Operations to align business needs with human capital solutions.

1. Strategic Leadership: Engage in critical work that drives overall success, establishing clear plans and aligned expectations with stakeholders.
2. Insightful Contribution: Provide valuable insights in HR and business planning processes, directing resources towards impactful activities.
3. People Strategy Advocacy: Design and advocate for a dynamic people strategy framework, supporting our business strategy and ensuring a high-performance work environment.
4. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR colleagues to provide subject matter expertise across various HR management areas.
5. Trusted Advisor: Build trusted advisor relationships with key business partners, ensuring effective communication and guidance on organizational strategy.
6. Talent Management Support: Lead talent management processes and nurture our talent pipeline.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to support corporate goals.
This position requires some domestic and international travel, up to 25% of your working time.
Your profile
1. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on strategic initiatives.
2. Proven track record in shaping organizational culture and driving transformative change.
3. Strong understanding of our business and industry.
4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
5. Able to guide and coach stakeholders towards organizational success.
6. Experience partnering with various levels in a matrix environment.
7. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms like Workday.
9. Fluency in Dutch.
10. Willing to travel frequently to our offices located in Alphen aan den Rijn, Deventer, Venlo, and Mechelen.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Experience in B2B or Enterprise Software environments.
3. Previous experience as a people manager.
