What you do
1. You are responsible for the monthly preparation and processing of payroll administration, ensuring the correct application of social legislation.
2. You are the Single Point of Contact for employees, department heads, and management. They can come to you with various questions, ranging from social legislation and wage-related matters to interpersonal issues. Additionally, you proactively build long-term relationships with our social partners/unions.
3. You manage all social documents and associated administrative tasks.
4. You handle personnel files from hiring to the departure of employees.
5. You actively participate in various HR projects and explore potential optimizations of processes within payroll administration and HR.
6. You report to the Chief HR Officer.
Who you are
7. You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration and HR processes within an international production environment.
8. You have experience with HR and payroll software (e.g., Attentia).
9. You have a good knowledge of social legislation, payroll administration, and HR processes.
10. You possess excellent communication skills, are administratively accurate, solution-oriented, and work meticulously.
11. Although you are a team player, you can also work independently.
12. You are willing to contribute to the optimization of our HR department.
13. You have fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
