Phone and Email Handling: Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Administrative Support: Provide all-around administrative assistance, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Travel Coordination: Assist with travel arrangements for staff, ensuring smooth operations for business trips. General Office Support: Help with document preparation, filing, data entry, and general office organization to keep everything running efficiently. Fluent in French, English, and Dutch (both spoken and written). At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in an Administrative support role.
