The RoleAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, testing, and improvement of automotive components and manufacturing processes. You’ll work with high-performance materials, automated production lines, and advanced testing equipment to ensure our vehicles meet the highest quality and safety standards.Your Responsibilities Design & optimize mechanical components for vehicles, including chassis, drivetrain, and structural elements. Work with CAD software (Siemens NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) to develop and refine mechanical designs. Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulations to validate designs. Work with CNC machines, robotic welding systems, and automated assembly lines to enhance precision and production speed. Support testing teams with vehicle crash tests, durability testing, and NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) analysis. Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and other automotive industry standards. Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Experience in automotive component design, manufacturing, or testing. Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics. Proficiency with CAD software (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar). Experience with CNC machining, 3D printing, or robotic systems is a plus. Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO/TS 16949, Euro NCAP, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
