Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Sales Support Administrator team for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
In this role, you will oversee a team of Sales Support Administrators, ensuring smooth operations across the full order-to-cash process. You will act as the first point of contact for customers in the region regarding order management, logistics, and after-sales care.
Your responsibilities
* Oversee and support the DACH Sales Support Administrator team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company processes.
* Act as the central point of contact for customers and distributors in the DACH region.
* Supervise the end-to-end order process, including order processing, stakeholder follow-up (production, warehouse, marketing, supply chain, etc.), transport arrangements, billing, and after-sales.
* Provide administrative support to the commercial managers in the DACH region.
* Liaise with internal departments (logistics & supply chain, production, sales, marketing, etc.) to align operations and enhance customer experience.
* Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor and follow up on forecasts, helping to balance production demand.
Fluency in English, German and Dutch is an absolute must. Knowledge of other languages is certainly an asset.

Qualifications
* You have a higher degree and preferably 5 years of experience in a similar administrative, logistics, or sales support function.
* You are administratively strong and have a commercial, positive, and service-oriented mindset.
* You have proven experience in coordinating a team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficiency.
* Your strong organizational skills and adaptability allow you to thrive in a structured team environment.
* You are an effective communicator who builds positive and productive relationships within your network.
* With an entrepreneurial mindset, you take initiative, work hands-on, and know how to set priorities effectively.
* You work independently, are solution-oriented, and remain calm under pressure.
* Fluency in English, German and Dutch is an absolute must. Knowledge of other languages is certainly an asset.
