Key Responsibilities
As a Business Consultant your overall responsibility is to work with the business teams to deliver all sales performance related questions. This typically includes the following activities:
1. Understanding current incentive compensation landscape & proactively inspire our business partners with recommendations
2. Being a partner for business in defining & challenging new incentive compensation requirements
3. Executing gap analysis & defining solution design
4. Adapting the configuration in the Sales Performance Management tool (data modelling & ETL)
5. Developing & maintaining the right reporting in the Sales Performance Management & reporting tool
6. Bridging business & IT in projects with sales performance impact
7. Inspire and coach Data Analysts in our team and govern the overall sales performance tooling solution
About You
8. Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management…) or equivalent by experience
9. At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst, business insights, business intelligence or similar role
10. Good knowledge of SQL, Qlik Sense or similar tools. Did you also worked with Varicent? That's a plus!
11. Strong interest in optimization potential and structured problem solving
12. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills and ability to influence decision makers
13. Domain knowledge and experience in a business function in Telecom, Entertainment or similar industries is a plus
14. Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset: enthusiastic to work in a very dynamic & changing environment, committed and business savvy to navigate the potential technical or organizational roadblocks
15. Results driven: able to manage a business initiative end to end from ideation through production and adoption
16. Fluent in English and Dutch
