* Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2, Must have
* Demonstrable basic knowledge of ITIL Service Support, Should have

* Demonstrable experience of standard PC installations, Should have
* Demonstrable knowledge of Office + Office 365 (1st and 2nd line), Should have
