Your Responsibilities
* Supervise the onboarding and offboarding processes
* Coordinate payroll activities with an external provider.
* Manage absences (such as sickness, holidays, etc.).
* Assist workers with HR and payroll questions.
* Ensure that the fleet, lunch vouchers, expenses, and other benefits are taken care of.
* Produce typical employment-related documents such as certificates, attestations, and the like.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree,
* Fluency in English and French is mandatory,
* Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position,
* Knowledge od Luxembourgish labor laws and social legislation,
* Thorough understanding of HR processes,
* Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
* Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly,
* Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet/track tight deadlines.
